Snickerdoodle warmth you think you know, with ginger and a spiced-cinnamon heat in the back room. Familiar, then not.

Compare

Description

You’ve met this one. Brown butter, Saigon cinnamon, the cookie-jar comfort that makes you reach without thinking. Then the back room opens: fresh ginger with a little bite, a warm cinnamon-and-cane heat (flavor only, nothing in the glass), and a sassafras trace that makes you tilt your head. Warm tan, cold and clean at the corner, then spreading warm. Have one with afternoon coffee when you want cinnamon and no argument, crumble it over ice cream for snickerdoodle à la mode, or slip a few into a gift box as the safe-looking decoy. You thought you knew this one. You knew the front of it.

Ingredients

Cane sugar, sweetened condensed milk, cultured brown butter, brown sugar, white chocolate (cacao butter, sugar, milk powder), Saigon cinnamon, cinnamon-sugar finishing dust, cachaça flavoring, fresh ginger essence, sassafras essence (trace), sea salt.

Allergen Information

Contains milk. Produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, soy, and sesame.

Storage

Store sealed at 60–68°F (16–20°C) in a cool, dry place, out of direct light, heat, and humidity. Best within 21 days. Once opened, finish within 7 to 10 days. Do not refrigerate. The stones sweat and the cut goes dull. Do not freeze. Keep the lid closed between encounters. Cinnamon coating may darken slightly over time. That's bloom, not spoilage.

Dietary

Vegetarian. Non-GMO. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. Cachaça is a flavor note from a food-grade extract and contains no alcohol. Not gluten-free. Not vegan. Not kosher-certified.

Sustainability

Matte cocoa rigid setup boxes on FSC-certified board, soy-based inks, water-based coatings. Turquoise foil stamping is food-grade and aluminum-free where the supplier offers it. Cream paper-cup inserts compost. The turquoise wax seal on the 12-count box is a food-safe paraffin-soy blend. Dairy and cultured butter come from regional farms inside a 250-mile radius wherever the season allows. Cocoa runs Direct Trade and Rainforest Alliance. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. Saigon cinnamon sourced through a direct supplier relationship.
