Compare

Description

The dessert equivalent of loosening your collar. Cocoa and cold-brew coffee whipped through cultured cream cheese, a cream-liqueur note with zero alcohol, whiskey-cream warmth rolling in soft behind it. Milk-coffee tan, cast into a faceted dome that reads like something you’d be handed at the end of a long, good night. Scoop it with Snitch Snaps crackers, spread it on toast with a mug of Liquid Assets beside it, or make it the last thing on a holiday table after the plates clear. Coffee keeps you up for it. Cream talks you into one more. They’re flipping the chairs onto the tables and you’re still going back for one more swipe.

Ingredients

Cultured cream cheese (pasteurized milk, cream, cheese culture, salt), cultured butter, powdered cane sugar, cocoa powder, cold-brew coffee reduction, Irish-cream flavoring (zero alcohol), whiskey flavoring, bourbon-vanilla flavoring.

Allergen Information

Contains milk; trace caffeine (coffee). Produced in a facility that also handles eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame.

Storage

Big Cheeze is a fresh dairy dessert. Keep it cold. Refrigerate at 34–40°F (1–4°C) from the moment it lands. Best within 14 days of the dome date sealed, and within 5 days once you've cut into it. It travels on ice for the drive to the party and no longer than that. You can freeze a sealed dome for up to 60 days, then thaw it overnight in the fridge, but the facets soften a shade on the way back and any coating loses its snap. Do not leave a dome at room temperature longer than the two hours it takes to disappear anyway. The cocoa dust deepens and sets against the dome over the first day, which is the coating bonding, not drying out.

Dietary

Vegetarian; contains caffeine. Gluten-free. Non-GMO. Irish-cream and whiskey are zero-alcohol flavor notes.

Sustainability

Matte cocoa window boxes from recycled paperboard, printed with soy-based inks, the window film compostable where the supplier offers it. Turquoise foil labels food-grade and aluminum-free where sourced. The wax seal is a food-safe paraffin-soy blend. Cultured cream cheese and butter from regional dairy partners. Nuts, cocoa, and spices bought whole and worked in-house. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. The color you see is cocoa, cinnamon, fruit, or nut doing the work. Single-origin cacao from a Bahia partner; stout-malt reduced in-house from cheap dark malt so the depth costs pennies.

  1. Helena K. –

Saved this for after bedtime like the label suggested and it was worth the wait. The coffee leads, the cream softens it, and there’s a whiskey warmth with no booze anywhere in it.

  2. Dara B. –

Cracked into the dome with my night-shift mug and nearly skipped the mug entirely. That cold-brew note tastes real, not like syrup.

  3. Scarlett J. –

Expected a novelty and got an actual grown-up dessert. The zero-proof Irish-cream warmth makes it feel like a nightcap you can serve anyone.

  4. Mateus S. –

Spread a little on toast with my morning cup and felt vaguely fancy about it. Deep cocoa, a coffee kick, and a finish that lingers.

  5. Delia D. –

Brought the dome out after a long meal and the table went quiet. It drinks like a cream liqueur but eats like dessert, which is a neat trick.

  6. Rodrigo G. –

Scooped a crackerful before I even put the groceries away. The whiskey note sneaks in at the very end, and that’s the part I chase.

  7. Daeun L. –

Tucked into this once the house went still and it was pure calm. Mellow cocoa, honest coffee, and a base that tastes cultured rather than sugary.

  8. Jonah L. –

Picked it up on a whim and now it lives in my fridge door. Grown-up coffee flavor, easy cream, nothing fussy about it.

  9. Cheparney T. –

Doubted a coffee cheese could work and this shut me up fast. Rich without turning heavy, and the liqueur note is lovely.

  10. Micco A. –

Carried one to a friend’s and we killed it over two pots of decaf. The cocoa and cold-brew trade off better than I guessed they would.

  11. Thiago W. –

Reached for this instead of a second glass of wine and had zero regrets. Warm and creamy, faintly boozy-tasting, none of the hangover math.

  12. Carolina H. –

Mixed a spoonful into warm milk for a quiet nightcap. It melted into something cozy, coffee up top and a soft whiskey hum under it.

  13. Orla O. –

Served it at the tail end of a holiday meal and it outlasted the pie. Exactly the mellow, warm thing a worn-out table wants.

  14. Avery I. –

Hid the dome behind the leftovers and still got busted. The liqueur note stays subtle while the coffee runs the show.

  15. Taini I. –

Grabbed a cracker, then four more, then gave up counting. Honest cold-brew flavor, lush cream, genuinely hard to stop.

  16. Rafael F. –

Softened it ten minutes on the counter and it spread like a dream. Coffee and cocoa up front, a slow creamy close behind them.

  17. Fintan G. –

Tried this once the kids finally went down and understood the pitch completely. Grown-up, calm, and quietly indulgent.

  18. Nisha H. –

Opened it on a grey afternoon and my whole mood turned around. The warm coffee and the cream are a cozy pair.

  19. Chenoa K. –

Nabbed the last of it from my husband by moving quicker than him. Creamy and coffee-rich, a little glow of whiskey at the end.

  20. Tadhg B. –

Pried the lid off before dinner and spoiled my appetite on purpose. The cold-brew carries while the cream rounds off every edge.

  21. Harper I. –

Stashed a dome for a cold Friday and it didn’t survive to Saturday. Warm as a nightcap, rich as a real dessert.

  22. Yerin R. –

Set this out after a brutal week and let it do the talking. Mellow cocoa, real coffee, and a gentle liqueur softness.

  23. Soren N. –

Shared a plate at book club and three people wanted the link. That whiskey note had everyone guessing and nobody complaining.

  24. Terrence R. –

Leaned into a slow Sunday with this beside my coffee and lost the afternoon. The cold-brew flavor is the thing that sold me.

  25. Hyejin T. –

Wedged a knife in the second it arrived and spread one on the spot. Warm, creamy, and the finish hangs around far too long.

  26. Leandro W. –

Chose this over the actual dessert at a dinner and chose right. The liqueur warmth tastes like a treat you earned after a long day.

  27. Grainne O. –

Resisted for about a day before the dome won. Rich coffee, soft cocoa, a whiskey hum that keeps calling you back.

  28. Gabriel E. –

Portioned it out for guests and still came up short, as always. That warm coffee-cream flavor vanishes faster than you expect.

  29. Juliana P. –

Dabbed a little on a warm scone at midnight and felt no guilt. Deep cold-brew, a boozy-tasting close, all of it zero-proof.

  30. Hola G. –

Planted the dome in the middle of a board and watched it go first. Creamy and coffee-rich, with a slow whiskey warmth trailing after.

  31. Noelle V. –

Caved on a Tuesday and stretched the whole thing over two nights. The cream stays gentle while the coffee runs deep.

  32. Deirdre W. –

Volunteered to bring dessert and this quietly beat the cake. The Irish-cream warmth alone is my reason to reorder.

  33. Woojin K. –

Eased into a cozy evening with this and my mug and it was perfect. Cocoa and coffee wrapped in a grown-up, creamy finish.

  34. Vitoria B. –

Snuck a scoop while cooking, then another, then stopped pretending. The cold-brew reads true and the cream is plush.

  35. Aaliyah R. –

Balanced a scoop on a cracker and barely shared a bite. Creamy and coffee-led, a whiskey warmth tucked underneath.

  36. Caoimhe K. –

Pocketed the gift-box dome for myself and never looked back. The liqueur note hangs quiet while the coffee does the work.

  37. Marcela T. –

Spotted this on a recommendation and it earned its place fast. Mellow coffee, soft cocoa, a cozy warm close.

  38. Seojin C. –

Devoured a third of it during one bad movie and felt fine. The coffee-and-cream pairing is quietly addictive.

  39. Caio D. –

Rationed it to make it last and failed by day two. Deep cold-brew and a finish that keeps pulling you in.

  40. Hyewon L. –

Melted a spoonful over ice cream and regretted none of it. The whiskey warmth blooms the instant it hits something warm.

Laid this out at a cocktail night and it was the only thing remembered. Coffee-rich and creamy, basically a nightcap you can spread.

  42. Nokomis E. –

Warmed a cracker, spread it thick, and finally got the hype. The cold-brew sharpens the cream in the best possible way.

  43. Jihun E. –

Retrieved the dome from the back of the fridge and finished it standing up. Cocoa, coffee, and a soft whiskey glow at the end.

  44. Imani L. –

Gifted one to my sister and she hid it from her own kids. Gentle liqueur warmth, bold coffee, a fair trade.

  45. Doyoon C. –

Convinced my skeptical husband to taste it and lost the rest of the dome. Creamy and coffee-forward, a whiskey hum on the way out.

Toted this to a cabin weekend and it was the best thing we packed. The cold-brew and cream suited the cold nights perfectly.

Flattened a scoop onto a warm biscuit and it was absurdly good. Coffee-rich, creamy, a boozy-tasting finish with no booze at all.

Approached this cautious and walked away genuinely impressed. The whiskey note is grown-up without trying too hard.

  49. Felipe B. –

Zeroed in on this over everything else at the dessert table. There’s cocoa, there’s coffee, and a lingering warmth over both.

Caught myself reaching for it three nights running, which says plenty. The cold-brew depth is the detail I keep noticing.
