Description

Cultured cream-cheese tang comes through even hot, then vanilla bean rounds it into something that genuinely tastes like cheesecake loosened into milk. A toasted-soybean warmth works underneath, nutty and soft, with wild honey tying it off. Whisk the tin mix into hot milk and top it with whipped cream for the full dessert, or drop a zigzag melt bar in a mug and stir until it’s gone. Snap a Suga Bark shard in for texture, or pour a quiet one before bed. Looks mild in the cup, pale and polite. Three sips in, you’ll understand the name. Contains honey.

Ingredients

White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids), cocoa butter, cane sugar, condensed-milk solids, cultured-cream powder, toasted soybean powder (injeolmi), Madagascar bourbon-vanilla bean, wild sourwood honey.

Allergen Information

Contains milk and soy. Produced in a facility that also handles eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame.

Storage

Liquid Assets is a dry shelf product until you add heat. Keep the tin and the bars cool, dark, and sealed — a pantry at 60–70°F (16–21°C), away from the stove, away from a sunny window. Best within 12 months of the seal date. The tin re-seals; press it shut and the mix keeps its bloom. The chevron bars can wear a pale gray cocoa bloom if they warm up and re-set — that's cocoa butter surfacing, not spoilage, and it melts out clean the second it hits hot milk. Once you've prepared a cup, drink it hot; it doesn't keep and it won't wait. Contains honey, so keep it from infants under 12 months. White pours bloom the softest and keep their color longest.

Vegetarian. Gluten-free (no graham crust in the beverage build; the graham-gold note is a wheat-free crumb powder). Non-GMO. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. Contains dairy, soy, and honey. Alcohol-free.

Sustainability

Matte cocoa tins are steel, refillable and endlessly recyclable. Melt-bar window boxes come from recycled paperboard, printed with soy-based inks, the window film compostable where the supplier offers it. Turquoise foil seals are food-grade and aluminum-free where sourced. Cocoa bought whole and ground in-house; dairy solids from regional partners; spices and nuts worked from raw, never bought pre-blended. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. The color in the cup is cocoa, cream, fruit, or nut doing the work. Toasted soybean milled in-house; honey in a micro-pour so the finishing note stays true and the cost stays flat. Highest-margin cup in the line even with the pricier cocoa butter.
