Description

Elderflower, floral and hedgerow-sweet, pressed with lemon into a jelly so pale it’s practically clear glass with a secret. Bright, light, and gone clean off your tongue before you can place it. Stir it into sparkling water or prosecco, spoon it over lemon cake or fresh berries, glaze a simple pound cake, or spread it thin on a buttered scone. Light, grown-up, not a drop of syrupy weight. The jar for the person who swears they don’t like jelly — watch them go quiet.

Ingredients

Elderflower cordial, lemon juice, cane sugar, fruit pectin, water, citric acid.

Allergen Information

No major allergens. Produced in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame.

Storage

Store sealed at room temperature, 60–75°F (16–24°C), out of direct light and heat. Best within 12 months of the jar date unopened. Travel-stable, festival-stable, coat-pocket-stable. Once opened, refrigerate at 38–40°F and finish within 21 days. Do not freeze. The glass cut goes dull and the suspension weeps on thaw. On the 6 oz jar, the wax seal is not decoration. Break it once, then eat through the jar. The pale gold is delicate. Keep it out of direct light so the crystal look holds.

Dietary

Vegan. Vegetarian. Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Non-GMO. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup.

Sustainability

Clear glass jars, recyclable and built for a second life as a drinking glass or candle vessel. Matte cocoa steel lids, recyclable. Food-grade turquoise foil labels; the 8 oz wax seal is a food-safe paraffin-soy blend. Fruit from regional growers and no-added-sugar frozen-fruit partners; food-grade, non-GMO citric acid. No artificial colors. No high-fructose corn syrup. The color is the fruit.

  1. Danilo R. –

Even in October, a thin smear on toast and the whole room brightened. A little goes a long way.

  2. Sora G. –

Thinly spread next to my afternoon cuppa, it’s become a small ceremony. Cozy and bright together.

  3. Ramon N. –

Runs a touch thin for me, but the flavor is genuinely lovely. Still finishing it happily.

  4. Orla D. –

Set it out with a soft cheese at a little party and it worked beautifully. Big jar is on the way.

  5. Margaret R. –

Never thought jelly could feel this polished. Sharp citrus, soft bloom, slips off clean. Love it.

  6. Marina S. –

Worried it would be too faint. It’s gentle, yet you taste it, and the citrus gives it a spine.

  7. Tomas P. –

Spread it on toast points for a Sunday thing and guests commented. That genuinely never happens.

  8. Rohan P. –

So much floral stuff tastes like perfume. Not this one. Gentle, clean, with a true lemon lift.

  9. Eleanor L. –

Chased this taste since a trip to Dublin years ago. One spoon in prosecco and I was right back there.

  10. Sage H. –

Flavor’s a clear winner, the jar’s a featherweight. Straight to the eight ounce next time.

Spooned a bit into plain yogurt and breakfast felt special. Floral, bright, never weighed down.

  14. Sebastian H. –

Gentle, floral, and clean, with a lemon snap that keeps it awake. Over berries it’s a small luxury. Rebuying.

  15. Cillian M. –

Dropped a spoon into prosecco for a birthday toast and the jar didn’t make it to Sunday. Already reordered.

  16. Ava H. –

Really does slip off your tongue the way the jar promises. Zero syrupy aftertaste.

  17. Fiona L. –

Clear as glass, tastes like a meadow. Set it out at dinner and it kicked off a whole conversation.

  22. Minho M. –

No weight, no goo, only a bright floral note. Over raspberries it’s lovely. Will rebuy.

  23. Daniela G. –

Thin layer on a buttered biscuit and suddenly Saturday felt fancy. Repurchasing for sure.

  24. Maria J. –

Unlike most sweets, it stops before it overstays. Soft flower, clean lemon, gone. Buying more.

  25. Thiago W. –

Over a bowl of raspberries this basically is the dessert. So light and floral it’s gone in seconds.

  26. Grace F. –

Been hoarding it for Saturday mornings. Brushed onto lemon cake it’s special. Already reordered.

  27. Michael E. –

Snagged a few for the holidays. Pretty jar, lovely flavor, clean and floral. People will like them.

  43. Mateus N. –

Brushed it over a cooling loaf and the top went shiny and fragrant. Guests figured I’d bought it.

  44. Dohyun T. –

Thinned a spoon into a pancake glaze and the kids didn’t miss the syrup. Genuinely stunned.

  45. Ines Y. –

The flavor’s a charmer, the jar’s a lightweight. Gone quick. Going for the eight ounce this round.

This isn’t a child’s jelly, which is rather the point. Next to a warm scone it’s quietly wonderful.

Over blackberries it was the hit of brunch. Bright, floral, and gone before the plates cleared.

Elegant is an odd word for jelly, but here we are. Lovely over berries, lovely in a flute.

  70. Nisha M. –

Quiet and poised. Not a jar for folks who like it loud, but I love how it knows when to stop.

  71. Yerin J. –

Floral flavors usually frighten me off. This one stays bright with a real citrus zip. Delighted.

  72. Jude M. –

Nothing much to see in the jar, a whole field on the spoon. The citrus keeps it lively, and I’m fully in.

  73. Zion G. –

It’s a clever little jar, if jelly can be clever. Clean, floral, bright. Fully sold.

Makes a two-dollar seltzer feel like a treat. Floral and crisp. I’ve got no notes.

  79. Carmen H. –

Light as anything, floral in the right way, with just enough citrus. Over pound cake it’s bliss.

  80. Ethan C. –

Whoever she is, the woman clearly makes things nobody else is making. Most original jelly I’ve ever spooned.

  81. Lily D. –

Braced for sweet goo. Got something light and a little sophisticated instead. Happy shock.

Grabbed it on a whim for a weekend thing and it ran away with the show. Soft bloom, zippy finish.

  86. Soren L. –

A touch dear for the little jar, but the flavor earns the ticket. Rather have a little of this than a lot of dull.

  87. Caleb J. –

Glazed a plain lemon cake and it turned into something I’d serve company. Buying again before Thanksgiving.

  88. Saoirse B. –

Different and enjoyable, though I wanted a bigger lemon slap. Still scraped the jar clean.

  89. Fernanda F. –

Warm scone, hot tea, this jelly, cool air. That’s the routine now. Reorder incoming.

  93. Roisin B. –

  94. Bruno K. –

The flower on its own might drift off, but that lemon snap pins it down. Lovely balance.

  95. Malik J. –

Little jar, big charm. I’ve been doling it out over berries to make it last. Clearly need more.

  96. Leo M. –

  104. Padraic D. –

Looks like glass in the jar, then a bright flower happens. My guests couldn’t name it to save their lives.

  105. Diego Y. –

Mailed one to my sister and she rang the same day wanting to know what it was. Nothing like shop jam.

  106. Layla F. –

There’s a softness here I never knew I needed in a jelly. On lemon cake it just sings.

  107. Lucas H. –

Delicate past my liking, but I get the appeal. On a plain scone it behaves itself nicely.

  108. Jabari G. –

Hot tea, cool air, this on toast. That’s my whole month figured out. Reorder on the way.

  109. Olivia F. –

Looks fancy, tastes fancier, costs reasonable. Took it to dinner and soaked up the compliments.

  110. Winnie D. –

Thin on a biscuit it sits just right. Floral without the perfume, bright without the pucker.

  111. Aoife N. –

  123. Noah K. –

Stirred into yogurt with granola, it starts the day right. Clean floral lift, zero sugar bomb.

Clean and a bit floral, pleasant on toast. Could use more zing, but I’d buy it again.
