Description

Almond marzipan sets into a pale-gold fudge body, mulled-cider spice laid over the top, chestnut cream running underneath low and thick. Jujube and cupuaçu sit in the background like something you’re not sure you’re allowed to taste. The stone reads almost holy under the foil, right up until the spice arrives and reminds you which service you actually came to.

Storage

Store sealed at 60–68°F (16–20°C) in a cool, dry place, out of direct light, heat, and humidity. Best within 21 days. Once opened, finish within 7 to 10 days. Do not refrigerate. The stones sweat and the cut goes dull. Do not freeze. Keep the lid closed between encounters. Marzipan firms slightly with age. Flavor holds through the window.

Matte cocoa rigid setup boxes on FSC-certified board, soy-based inks, water-based coatings. Turquoise foil stamping is food-grade and aluminum-free where the supplier offers it. Cream paper-cup inserts compost. The turquoise wax seal on the 12-count box is a food-safe paraffin-soy blend.
